  • Conduct orientation on the 1st and 3rd Monday and Tuesday following of each month.
  • Enter new employees in ADP.
  • Update Job Candidate Tracker
  • Update Personnel Requisition Smartsheet
  • When the requisition is viewed on the Smartsheet
  • When the requisition is posted internally and on Indeed
  • When the requisition has been filled
  • Update Applicant Flow log Smartsheet with all candidates that has been interviewed.
  1. When a payroll change form is submitted, update the Payroll/Change Form Smartsheet
  • Job Offer Letter – email employee job offer letter for signature.
  • Job Description – email employee job offer letter for signature.
  • Check Credentials – if employee credentials have been updated, complete credentialing form
  • Update Health Benefits Smartsheet
  • Update ADP – title, worker category, FLSA, supervisor, pay class, benefits eligibility.
  1. Run annual background checks and healthcare registry on current employees.
  2. Make ID Badges
  3. Email orientation survey
  4. Scan interview questions and put on the HR Access drive.
  5. Scan candidates decline documents and put on HR Access drive.
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Perform orientations and updates records of new staff.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files, documents and all records within the HR Department.
  • Complete annual background checks and healthcare registry on current employees (the beginning of the month for employees hired in the current month)
  • Email orientation survey (anytime within the month for employees that completed orientation at least 2 months prior)
  • Attend Career/Job Fairs and other hiring events as needed – assisting Supervisors/Directors with events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates' Degree in Administrative/Secretarial/Computer Training Courses and 3 - 4 years' experience working in Human Resources preferred, or 2-5 years’ administrative, clerical, and/or recruiting/staffing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Experience with online recruitment/advertising sites - e.g.: Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
  • HRIS experience, preferably ADP/ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be dependable and accurately follow instructions, respond to management direction and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
  • Must be able to keep strict confidentiality and work with diverse populations.
  • No criminal convictions of child abuse or violent crimes.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal and MVR background check.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
