Details:

  • Assists the HR Director and HR Coordinators with all aspects of Human Resources for the corporation.



Education:

  • Associate's degree, or formal education in Human Resource, or related field

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals of diverse educational and cultural background
  • Have working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing the operation of a health care facility
  • Ability to present clear, concise, and comprehensive oral and written reports.
  • Professional presentation in terms of manner of dress and communication (non-verbal, verbal, and written)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and foster the team concept
  • Must be able to work well with all level of employees as well as all other center personnel
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking skills desired
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to use a personal computer and possess working knowledge of office based applications
