Position Overview

New Horizon Family Health Services (NHFHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to enhancing the health of the communities we serve since 1992. We provide exceptional health care for individuals seeking a family physician and a medical home. Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Director and HR Coordinators in various Human Resources functions across the organization.

Educational Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent formal education in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to health care facility operations.
  • Capability to deliver clear, concise, and comprehensive oral and written communications.
  • Professional demeanor in terms of attire and communication (non-verbal, verbal, and written).
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team and promote a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in working with employees at all levels and with various center personnel.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and familiar with office software applications.
