Premier is looking for a Bilingual, Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team.

Summary:

This position is responsible for a wide range of support activities within our HR department.The Human Resources Assistant will perform tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the HR department. Assisting with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Assists with conducting new hire orientation/onboarding.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing and entering relevant data. Help with payroll functions including processing, answering employee payroll related questions, resolving processing errors, and distributing checks.
  • Assists with planning and execution of employee related events.
  • Process documentation and assist with preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Assist with field recruiting needs.
  • Assist with branch visits and branch related HR activities as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish). Ability to speak, write and read Spanish is required.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient with an HRIS or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS).
Education and Experience:
  • At least two years of HR related experience.
  • Associate's degree in related field preferred.
