Reporting to the Sr. Director of Human Resources, you'll support and lead innovative people and talent initiatives that empower employees and align with our strategic goals . The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting and leading project work, conducting HR data analytics to inform go-forward priorities, drafting professional written communication and training materials, and supporting important data collection and administrative tasks .
You will add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Executing HR program development project s that address the evolving needs of our business and manufacturing workforceD eveloping professional presentations and other communication materials for HR and Operations business partners , u tilizing excellent written communication and data visualization skillsConducting research and internal scans to identify best practices , mak ing thoughtful recommendations that drive continuous improvement within the HR functionProviding, and critically analyzing, internal and external HR data for the purpose of identifying trends, process improvement opportunities and to inform go-forward initiativesFaci litating the creation of HR training materialsOther duties as assignedImportant Details: This is a full time, permanent role based in Oak Brook, Illinois on a hybrid schedule (three days in the office). Internal candidates outside of the Oak Brook, Illinois area may be considered .
About You:
You'll fit right in if you have:
One to three years of Human Resources experience with a specific focus in project coordination and written communications, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience within a manufacturing environment highly preferredBachelor's Degree in Human Resources , Business, or related discipline highly preferredProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility in shifting priorities and managing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and effectivenessExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailExceptional written communication skillsProject management experience desired Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away
