The Role:

The Manager of Strategic Accounts is a critical role demonstrating leadership, strategic direction, accountability, business acumen, and vision for Linqia's portfolio of enterprise brand clients. In this role you will effectively leverage experience, knowledge, and skills to drive innovative thinking while balancing client, company, and team needs. The role provides oversight of the people responsible for the development of higher arching media/influencer objectives and strategies, as well as the related ideation to support such goals.

This position will be responsible for acting as a player/coach on the Strategic accounts team. You will coach a team of seasoned, individual contributors who manage relationships between Media Agency, Creative Agency and Brand for select accounts with a focus on. In addition, you will execute influencer marketing campaigns for Linqia's key accounts. The primary goal for this role is to ensure the team is set up to deliver excellent customer experiences and repeat business. In this role, you will manage client escalations as well as train and support the Strategic Accounts Team to deliver excellent Client experience with both people and process management. The role acts as the steward for both Linqia and the client, establishing transparency and clear communication from pre-IO to launch.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Accounts Managers to enhance customer value, focusing on optimizing satisfaction, boosting performance, and utilizing data-driven insights to shape
  • Provide coaching to the team to optimize execution and achieve outstanding results, meeting business KPIs and leveraging insights for continuous development
  • Oversee client campaigns with a focus on exceptional customer service, while maximizing business opportunities, growth, and operational efficiency
  • Champion the client experience, aiming to surpass expectations and creating long term partnerships
  • Direct strategic channel planning activities associated with assigned campaigns in partnership with creative, brand success, sales, and media investment
  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with senior client stakeholders by showcasing deep industry knowledge and expertise in the influencer marketing space
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to assess campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluating the achievement of initial objectives and strategies.
  • Skilled in analyzing social media metrics and using insights to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and actively share insights with the team
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize revenue opportunities with specific clients
Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of client management and media (or influencer) experience within agencies
  • 2-3 years of team management experience
  • Driven by delighting customers, customer satisfaction drives your work
  • Passionate about social media, with a keen interest in learning about new platforms, understanding user behavior, and exploring how advertising and influencers leverage these channels
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives on problem-solving, setting your own deadlines, benchmarks, and goals
  • Demonstrated history of achieving success for clients and teams
  • Proficient in handling high-level client communications with confidence
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA is preferred
  • Currently located in San Francisco metro area
