Strategic Account Manager

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and success for our key salon accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and success for key salon accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and leaders to understand their business needs and develop solutions to drive growth
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the local market
- Develop and execute education and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of salon professionals
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- 3-5 years of experience in outside sales or the beauty industry
- Strong commercial orientation and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid state driver's license and good driving record
