Strategic Account Manager

We're seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive growth at Unreal Gigs.
This role involves managing key accounts, building long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions that meet client needs.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll engage with clients regularly to understand their workforce needs and business challenges.
You'll develop and deliver strategic solutions that align with client business objectives, whether it's temporary staffing, direct hire, or project-based roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their workforce needs and business challenges.
- Account Growth and Expansion: Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to expand client relationships.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Client Advocacy and Problem-Solving: Provide exceptional client service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports to clients and leadership.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proven success in managing multiple client accounts, growing relationships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
- Experience working in fast-paced staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or HR consulting companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
