Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Liaison: Serve as the liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure clear communication that delivers high quality services to the client.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, manage the contract lifecycle and ensure compliance with contractual requirements with clients.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Account Management: Oversee the entire client lifecycle, from contracting to onboarding to ongoing account management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues and challenges, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their account and revenue cycle status, practice management processes, and any relevant changes in regulations or industry practices.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services, processes, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Training and Support: Educate clients on the features and benefits of our services, ensuring they are fully utilizing all available resources and tools.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and standards to ensure all client interactions and practice management processes comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the medical practice management or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical practice management processes, billing, coding, and industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and practice management systems.
