Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contingent workers, and suppliers through professional engagement, consistent follow-up, and effective communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contingent workers, and vendors regarding daily operational matters; escalate issues and provide timely solutions as necessary.
  • Enhance existing accounts by increasing order volume and revenue.
  • Proactively learn and comprehend the client's requirements and the skills necessary for managing open positions.
  • Track the daily status of vacancies and follow up as needed.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients; ensure accurate and timely reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, service delivery enhancements, and overall satisfaction for both customers and suppliers.
  • Facilitate training sessions for contingent workers and hiring managers, covering topics such as new hire orientation, workplace conduct, timekeeping, and technology usage.
  • Support various human resource functions, including candidate evaluations, exit interviews, terminations, and employee coaching.
  • Perform additional duties as required to fulfill the needs of the department and organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in an Account Manager position.
  • At least 1 year of experience with comprehensive staffing and recruiting practices.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with web-based VMS/ATS technologies.
  • Availability to work on-site during standard business hours.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities (verbal, written, and listening).
