Fidelity Power Systems , one of the nation's largest distributors of Kohler Generators and Power Systems, is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our expanding team based in the Sparks, MD area .
The
Parts Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle of parts services from ordering,
invoicing, distribution and all relevant paperwork.
Essential Functions :
Obtain parts necessary through purchaser to complete all required work in
a timely manner.
Maintain proper inventory
levels within the warehouse as required
Rolling inventory checks
and counts must be performed weekly.
Process all parts order
forms and quoted work as needed.
Order in parts and
material required for work load.
Stage material required
for scheduled work and confirm all is received
Assist - Customer Service Rep - Process all
additional service work as effectively as possible as to not delay repairs
for the customer.
Keep accurate track of
parts on order and call on any parts that have become delayed.
Process all warranty
claims as required by Kohler and FPS
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience working in a parts/warehouse environment
Customer service experience is a plus
