Under the guidance of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist, our expanding psychiatric rehabilitation initiative is in search of skilled and capable Direct Care Coordinators (also known as direct care psychiatric rehabilitation professionals) to provide support to clients within the community on an independent contract basis.
Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is dedicated to offering comprehensive community-based support to individuals and family systems, aiming to enhance their overall wellness and quality of life with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery.
At MD Counseling Services LLC, we emphasize the healthy restoration of individual capabilities by aiding clients in developing essential life skills.
The primary objective of our organization is to empower clients, helping them to identify personal aspirations, navigate challenges, and work towards achieving full recovery.
Our strengths-based rehabilitation services are meticulously designed to foster healing and restoration within communities. A Direct Care Coordinator is tasked with facilitating psychiatric rehabilitation, providing behavioral support services, and implementing crisis intervention strategies for assigned clients, in accordance with their Individualized Rehabilitation Plan.
