Overview
The Parts Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the procurement, receipt, cataloging, and inventory reconciliation of parts at a designated facility. This position is also tasked with the processing of Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor payment requests, ensuring that the correct parts are sourced from appropriate suppliers while maintaining optimal inventory levels to enhance customer service. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Compensation: Hourly | Paid Weekly
Required Experience: Knowledge of automotive or heavy-duty truck parts is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the physical inventory process, parts ordering, and receiving operations. Manage the processing of Purchase Orders and supplier invoices. Ensure that received parts are accurately recorded in the inventory system. Oversee parts obsolescence management. Handle the shipping of warranty claims and parts returns to suppliers. Maintain organization and cleanliness within the parts storage area.Additional Duties
Support cost-saving initiatives through effective oversight and adherence to established parts management processes and policies. Perform other related tasks as assigned.Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. High level of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.Education
High school diploma or GED is required. At least one year of experience in inventory and parts administration or clerical functions is preferred.DOT Regulated: No
