Job Overview:
This role is crafted to cultivate Team Members to the level where they can manage phone inquiries, coordinate deliveries, and offer exceptional service at the counter, while also acquiring essential sales, operational, and managerial skills for career advancement within the organization.

The main duty involves the transportation of automotive components from suppliers to clients, organizing stock, and maintaining a tidy and systematic store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transport automotive parts, cores, and returns to customers safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inspections on all store vehicles and communicate any issues to the store manager.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness by removing personal items at the end of each shift.
- Collect payments on COD invoices for parts sales.
- Complete necessary documentation regarding deliveries and payment collections.

- Receive, log, and unload products from delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety in the process.
- Verify merchandise against inventory lists and notify management of any discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter and work area, including sweeping/vacuuming floors, cleaning restrooms, and disposing of trash as needed.

- Counter duties include answering phones, making outbound sales calls, and occasionally visiting customers for deliveries, collections, and relationship management.

- Store transfers must be organized and placed neatly in the designated transfer area, treated with the same care as customer sales.

- Operational tasks include managing vendor relations, receiving purchase orders, conducting cycle counts, and other duties as assigned.

- Daily vehicle inspections are essential to ensure all drivers complete pre-checklists before deliveries, and all vehicles are free from new damages.

- Verify registration and insurance documents in all vehicles to ensure they are current.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or a combination of education and experience.
- Ability to learn and operate a computer.
- Previous experience in customer service or delivery is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid license for a minimum of 3 years, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Strong customer service skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A positive and helpful attitude is essential.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.

While executing the responsibilities of this role, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, and hear. The team member will frequently need to stop, kneel, and crouch, and occasionally sit, climb, or balance.
The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.


Schedule Requirements:
Availability on weekdays and Saturdays is required.

Compensation:
Hourly wage of 15.95 USD.
