Project Overview

Support operational efficiency and cultural initiatives for a GDM region (North America). This involves cross-functional collaboration with GDM Operations, Workplace, Events, Onboarding, and any other relevant stakeholders for seamless coordination within the workplace.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Day to day projects and administrative tasks required to operate our Google DeepMinds international offices effectively.

Top 5 Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting Operations Managers to organize local cultural initiatives
  2. Supporting with local events including the organization, planning, communication and research
  3. Responding to ad-hoc requests from the local teams
  4. Covering ongoing tasks when Operations Managers are OOO
  5. Supporting the Operations Managers with overall onsite experience

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Serve as a single point of contact to help project teams connect with the right teams to get things done (make a hire, run an event, etc.). Need someone with project coordination/management (but more junior who can take on more administrative work). Work will be varied, will require some creativity need to be nimble, not just task oriented. Need someone who has worked in a global environment before, working with cross-functional teams and offices in other regions.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working with a large multinational organisation
  • Cross-functional work experience coordinating work across different domains and/or departments.

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $30.00/Hr - USD $35.00/Hr and is a Non-Exempt role.
