Job Description

Position Overview: The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing various operational functions within CRSG Construction & Realty Services Group. This position demands a proficient leader equipped with exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with multiple departments to guarantee the seamless execution of business operations and the fulfillment of operational objectives. Identifying improvement opportunities, crafting strategies for efficiency enhancement, and applying best practices to optimize operations are essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Oversight:
    • Formulate, execute, and assess operational policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure streamlined and effective processes.
    • Coordinate and oversee daily operational tasks to achieve set performance benchmarks.
  2. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Direct and mentor a team of operational personnel, offering guidance, support, and training as required.
    • Promote a constructive and collaborative workplace culture, fostering teamwork and individual development.
  3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Guarantee adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal obligations.
    • Investigate and resolve operational challenges to improve client satisfaction.
  4. Collections Oversight:
    • Manage and supervise collections operations, ensuring prompt and efficient recovery of outstanding debts or payments.
    • Monitor accounts receivable and collaborate with the finance team to address payment discrepancies and delinquencies.
    • Implement strategies aimed at reducing overall delinquency rates and enhancing the collections process.
    • Analyze collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing actionable plans accordingly.
    • Coordinate with legal teams as necessary to address collection-related legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in operations management or a comparable leadership position.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in utilizing data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations.
