POSITION SCOPE
Business Development Representatives are instrumental in driving new business growth and fostering enduring customer relationships. To effectively position our company's offerings, successful candidates will possess a deep understanding of our diverse product lines and the comprehensive suite of services we provide.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the energy industry and its specific market dynamics.
- Experience in outside sales, including territory management and customer visits.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven sales experience
- Previous experience in Field Sales or operations
- Previous experience working in the energy industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Use of computer software
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and/or physical.
