- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in investment sales and/or internal sales support
- FINRA Series 7: General Securities Representative license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads effectively
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Competitive base salary: $71,825 - $114,734 per year
- Bonus and/or commissions
