Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at City National Bank. Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new financial advisors through outbound calling and email campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to financial advisors and their clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position City National Bank in the marketplace
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment sales and/or internal sales support
  • FINRA Series 7: General Securities Representative license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads effectively
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
