**Job Summary:** Regional Managers are field-based sales professionals that manage Account and Market Executives. This is a high impact position that is at the forefront of our growth model. **Responsibilities:**

+ Support all activity related to Account Executives, Senior Account Executives and Market Executives

+ Attend sales meetings with respective market teams

+ Internal/Leadership Meetings discussing market production, strategies, and process improvements

+ Pipeline maintenance/forecasting with market teams

**Education:**

+ Bachelor's Degree Required

**Skills and Experience:**

+ 7 + years of Sales experience, with a proven track record of success

+ 2+ years of Management experience

+ Passionate about business results and quality, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership

+ Stellar Work-Ethic and a desire and commitment to become an expert in the industry and our services

+ Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional time management skills

+ Comfortable working independently and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

+ Comfort with ambiguity and ability to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs

+ Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across the organization
