We are looking for a marketing leader to join our team on our mission to revolutionize the way all organizations buy and sell. Our VP of Marketing is ready to be in the center of the action while managing both strategy and execution. This role will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Lead the entire marketing team Heavily support (3) core functions of the marketing department: Demand generation Product market positioning Customer focus. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning. Partner closely with sales, product, and customer success leadership Coordinate and manage the scheduling of at least 16 events per year Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize ROI. Partner closely with product and market strategy to gain a deep understanding of product vision, upcoming functionality, and determine how best to communicate this externally. Empower sales to communicate our products effectively to prospective customers. Develop and drive the adoption of a cohesive voice across company and product-level positioning and messaging of Fairmarkit. Build and maintain the product collateral and content that power our GTM channels including demand generation, sales, channel partners and our website. Work closely with marketing brand, creative and demand-gen teams to increase market presence and drive pipeline through key outbound assets (video, website copy, blog posts, webinars, thought leadership, email nurture, etc.). Partner with channel and sales enablement teams to effectively position our products, leveraging internal tools and developing assets that help improve win rates. Establish success metrics and allocate resources to optimize performance and growth and maintain accountability through detailed reporting.

Requirements

7+ years of B2B marketing experience targeting enterprise companies. Experience working in a fast paced start-up environment. Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging, that resonates deeply with our target audience. Strong presentation skills. Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the marketing team.

For this role we are looking for a candidate based in the United States. Remote work opportunities may be limited to designated states. The annual compensation range for this position is between $275-300K Fairmarkit uses E-Verify to confirm employment authorization in the USA
