While there is no typical day when managing projects and employees, you can count on: Performing or guiding technical analysis of assigned projects Making sound decisions on technical problems and methods Assessing project requirements, defining objectives and constraints Developing budgets, performing feasibility studies, managing staff Developing project schedules, setting milestones, and coordinating tasks Monitoring project progress and compliance Preparing reports and presentations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering 5+ years of related engineering experience Proficient with software and tools including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, GIS, and various modeling programs P.E. License required
