The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager Pacific Northwest to develop and execute a regional strategy, balancing supply and demand from customers and leading growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a regional strategy to drive growth and impact.
  • Establishing and managing contracts with partner organizations and obtaining approval from relevant functions within Land Life.
  • Building a pipeline of land supply for nature restoration projects.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of stakeholders in the region.
  • Implementing and completing nature restoration projects.
  • Creating and managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Managing and developing employees within the regional team to ensure well-functioning and motivated teams.
What We Offer

We provide a dynamic and rapidly growing international nature restoration company, offering:

  • A highly engaged and motivated team.
  • An expected salary range of $109,000-$157,000.
  • 20 days vacation and 10 holidays.
  • Continuation of full salary payment during the first 26 weeks of any extended illness.
  • Coverage of up to 100% of health insurance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated work experience in project management or implementation within a relevant field, with a preference for forestry or carbon-related industries.
  • Experience in developing strategic initiatives and effectively translating them into actionable plans within complex and uncertain environments.
  • A strong pre-existing network within the Pacific Northwest region or ability to grow current network, encompassing key stakeholders such as landowners, project developers, nurseries, universities, contractors, and other relevant parties.
  • Strong contracting skills, including negotiation, drafting, and managing contracts, to facilitate smooth project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
