The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager Pacific Northwest to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and impact in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to balance supply and demand from customers and lead growth.
  • Set up and manage contracts with partner organizations and gain approval from relevant functions within Land Life Company.
  • Build a pipeline of land supply for nature restoration projects.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a network of stakeholders in the region.
  • Successfully implement and complete nature restoration projects.
  • Create and manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Manage and develop employees within the regional team to ensure well-functioning and motivated employees.
What We Offer

We offer a highly engaged and rapidly growing international nature restoration company, with a competitive salary range of $109,000-$157,000, 20 days vacation and 10 holidays, continuation of full salary payment during the first 26 weeks of any extended illness, coverage of up to 100% of health insurance, 401K with 3% contribution from Land Life Company, and online support for any mental or physical well-being concerns.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of demonstrated work experience in project management or implementation within a relevant field, with a preference for forestry or carbon-related industries. They will also have experience in developing strategic initiatives and effectively translating them into actionable plans within complex and uncertain environments. A strong pre-existing network within the Pacific Northwest region or ability to grow current network, encompassing key stakeholders such as landowners, project developers, nurseries, universities, contractors, and other relevant parties, is also required. Strong contracting skills, including negotiation, drafting, and managing contracts, to facilitate smooth project implementation and stakeholder engagement, are essential.
