Project Consultants partner with homeowners to provide personalized solutions for their basement and foundation problems. There is no cold calling or lead generation required with this position, all leads are warm and pre-confirmed.
What you would do...
- Travel to conduct on-site evaluations with prospective customers.
- Diagnose symptoms, educate homeowners, and provide solutions to solve customer foundation related issues.
- Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
- Close sales with customers at the home and through follow-up calls.
- Maintain relationships with customers while tracking Sales lead pipeline.
- Create, update, and maintain customer records in CRM.
- Cultivate leads with consistent follow-up, keeping customers engaged and informed throughout the sales journey.
What you need...
- Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills.
- Customer service experience in a B2C role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
- Experience in commission-driven and or in home sales is a plus.
- Construction-field knowledge is a plus.
Additional Information...
- This position is remote, with the need to travel to homeowners' homes for evaluation visits. You would also need to visit the operating branch in Winterset, IA once a week for team meetings.
