Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting and services.

· At least 1 year in client-facing roles.

· A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT project delivery.

· Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, RUP, RAD, or Scrum is preferred.

Essential Skills:

· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships in challenging situations.

· Knowledge of IT outsourcing and staffing practices.

· Understanding of contractual obligations and managed services.

· Experience in direct customer interactions.

· Diplomatic yet assertive when necessary.

· Excellent writing skills, demonstrated through client-facing documentation.

· Ability to synthesize complex information into concise reports.

· Highly organized with effective time management skills.

· Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

· Understanding of financial and project budget reporting.

· Ability to lead initiatives independently.
