Role Overview

As a Senior Integration Consultant, you will play a crucial role within a dynamic team responsible for the deployment of our Human Capital Management solutions.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions and providing exceptional consulting services to our clients, ensuring the integrity and excellence of requested integrations.

Performance metrics will typically be based on the successful delivery of agreed-upon solutions within the allocated budgeted hours.


Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Global Integration Team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including implementation teams and the integration team, to ensure the successful delivery and support of integration requirements for UKG Products.


  • Clear communication skills
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to understand and achieve project goals within specified timelines and budgets
  • Assess, design, and develop integrations that meet customer specifications
  • Support Sales, Presales, or Services teams in integration discovery and scoping
  • Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment
  • Lead meetings with Enterprise customers and vendors
  • Manage integration timelines, including notifying clients of any changes to task dates or assigned resources
  • Maintain project management tools for all integration initiatives
  • Engage in special projects aimed at enhancing team best practices and processes
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of experience in a Professional Services consulting environment
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in database querying, programming, web services, web transfer methods, file management, and cloud technologies
  • Experience working with Enterprise and Complex customers, typically across multiple phases and regions
  • Familiarity with Integration Platforms such as Boomi or Mulesoft

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in specialized functional areas (HRIS, Benefits, HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HRIS Vendors including ADP, Workday, UltiPro, Ceridian, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, Oracle Peoplesoft, etc.
  • Familiarity with UKG Products (Pro, Dimensions, Ready)
  • Proficiency in development languages (.NET, Java, JavaScript, JSON, SQL)
  • Experience with development tools (source control, defect tracking tools, Postman, etc.)
