Candidate must be able to build strong sustainable client relationships and provide timely internal and external communication. Primary focus of this position will be to acquire new business accounts for Lightning Digital as well as grow the digital footprint of our Las Vegas Review Journal clients. Duties and responsibilities Partner with and sell digital solutions with Review Journal sales team. Acquire new clients across all industries throughout the U.S. to build your own book of business. Create new business relationships by identifying digital advertising sales opportunities and decision makers. Strategically focus on largest opportunities by maintaining a working Top 10 prospect list. Through a consultative approach, be able to effectively present and sell omni-channel digital solutions across platforms such as CTV, OTT, search, programmatic display, video, social media, email and content marketing. Maintain, nurture and grow established clients through a consultative solution-oriented approach. Leverage internal resources to create compelling presentations to clients. Resolves customer and campaign issues by identifying the problems and proposing solutions. Maximizes sales time through utilization of sales resources and tools. Produce accurate sales forecasts based on accounts/market potential. Remain current on industry technology, trends, market activities, and competitors at all times. Standards of Performance Treats others as they would like to be treated themselves. Approaches the job with vigor and enthusiasm that’s infectious to the team and clients. Attend company-sponsored events where digital advertisers are present. Seek out additional individual product and professional development. Meet or exceed assigned digital sales revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop and consistently maintain a digital strategic sales plan for each assigned digital account. Track all digital sales activity in company CRM software 100% of the time Qualifications, Skills, and Characteristics Required:

7+ years of overall digital sales experience. 3+ years selling omni-channel digital solutions including emerging platforms such as OTT and programmatic audio. Proven track record of exceeding digital revenue goals. Has grown and managed a digital sales desk to over two million dollars annually. Ability to develop creative digital solutions for their clients. Effectively used a CRM to manage their day to day business. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite of products. Strong knowledge of multi-platform attribution. Ability to excel in an ever-evolving digital media environment. A valid driver license and reliable transportation.
