Senior Sales Manager for the Southwestern Region

The Senior Sales Manager for the Southwestern Region is a pivotal leadership position responsible for formulating and implementing strategies aimed at fostering profitable sales growth within the MasterBrand Cabinets LLC portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
This role encompasses comprehensive management of the Dealer channel sales across the designated Southwestern US territory, with a primary focus on achieving and surpassing sales objectives across diverse market segments.
The successful candidate will:
- Oversee the execution of strategic sales initiatives; consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks.
- Craft and implement market-specific sales strategies, utilizing the full range of MasterBrand products.
- Effectively nurture relationships with sales agencies; provide ongoing coaching and development for team members.
- Segment brands and clientele, deploying tailored strategies for each market.
- Foster a collaborative team environment where members unite towards a shared vision; promote open dialogue, maintain a positive outlook, and cultivate commitment to the organizational mission.
- Establish and sustain constructive customer relationships; take ownership of resolving escalated issues.
- Collaborate with other MasterBrand team members and channel partners to efficiently manage activities in overlapping markets.
- Engage with demand planning teams to create precise sales forecasts and consistently meet or exceed those projections.
- Conduct competitive audits and gather customer feedback to derive valuable insights.
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, including Dealer teams and manufacturing sites; assist in strategic planning and program execution alongside product, marketing, and other teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including participation in project teams beyond primary responsibilities.
