Overview:
CORT Events is in search of a Sales Support Coordinator to enhance our operations.
This position is designed to assist the Sales Teams (Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers) across the nation in the Events, Exhibit house, and Tradeshow sales processes. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing communications via phone and email, preparing sales quotes, and handling various administrative tasks, including database management, accounts receivable, addressing client concerns, and updating client records and orders.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday; 7am-4pm.
Compensation:
$20 / hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales team and clients throughout the sales process by effectively communicating with clients, preparing quotes and order requests, addressing basic product inquiries, and providing client support.
Efficiently update, maintain, and finalize event and tradeshow orders with precision.
Verify product availability through operations and follow up as necessary.
Collect additional information from clients required for Operations to facilitate delivery and pick-ups.
Maintain, update, and organize client records and interactions within Sales software.
Confirm payment and/or client order verification to ensure orders are accurately recorded in Sales and Operations software.
Engage daily with Account Executives/Strategic Account Managers to review client orders, foster relationships, and discuss potential project statuses.
Assist in organizing and submitting accounting forms as needed.
Adhere to established operating procedures and maintain knowledge of products to provide expertise to clients.
Ensure confidentiality is upheld.
Contribute to team efforts by assisting colleagues as workload varies.
Deliver outstanding customer care; possess the ability to assess customer needs and provide accurate answers, guidance, troubleshooting, or methods for a positive customer experience.
Capable of processing data swiftly, finding solutions, and responding promptly and professionally.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of Administrative or Sales Support experience
Previous experience with Salesforce is mandatory
Strong time management and self-organization skills; able to work collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to quickly establish rapport with others and demonstrate exceptional customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
