Key Responsibilities:

Your Role:
- Foster strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their ongoing success and repeat business.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to understand their business objectives.
- Develop tailored, effective marketing strategies that align with each client's unique requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while participating in training and internal meetings, both in-person and virtually.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients in a professional manner.

Candidate Profile:

About You:
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and a competitive spirit. Self-motivation is crucial, as you will treat this role as if you are the CEO of your own enterprise.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in selling media, event sponsorships, or digital platforms.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Ability to generate new business and manage the sales process effectively, with a history of surpassing goals.
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, including digital and audio/TV.
- Creative, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bring a positive, winning attitude to the team.

Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with G-suite products and Salesforce is required; knowledge of Zoominfo is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check are necessary.
