Job Summary

Prudential Financial is seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President to lead our Client Services team in the West Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, persistency, and earnings goals for our clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth and persistency targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and enhance relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement retention and growth strategies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to direct reports to enhance their skills and performance
  • Identify market trends and develop marketing strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker/consultant community and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure team is well-trained and competent in Group Insurance products and company procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and business development
  • Strong understanding of Group Insurance products and market trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and persistency
  • Ability to obtain a state Group Life and health insurance license within 30 days of hire
