Shared Imaging is looking for a Full Time Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (Scheduling) to work remotely. Requirements: Days/Shift: Monday - Friday, 11am to 7:30pm CST Bilingual - English/Spanish Reside in IL - be able to travel to Downer's Grove office for trainings and meetings Job Responsibilities: Manage incoming customer service & patient scheduling phone calls & other customer requests. Schedule patients for PET/CT scans and send encrypted patient paperwork and patient schedules. Verify insurance benefits and authorizations. Order patient doses daily following dose schedules. Back up for service; creating service requests and dispatching accordingly. Identify and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Use web-based system called OMS/ServiceMax, Word and Excel on a daily basis. Log all communication in service request, and escalate service calls when needed. Interact with vendors and customers via phone, email and text. Attach Field Service Reports to service request in OMS. Audit vendor report and make sure we have all calls logged in OMS. Flexible. Able to work OT when needed (come in early/leave later, switch schedules for coverage). Follow through on resolution of any customer needs. Other duties as determined by your managers. Driving to the corporate office (Downer's Grove, IL) to train other coworkers when needed. Essential Functions, competencies, knowledge, skills and abilities: Professional engagement & follow-up communication via phone, email & support software with customers and co-workers. Exhibits an attitude that is one of positive, can do and customer first with all customers. Consistently perform all steps of the Customer Experience Initiative. Being patient to train others. Customer service/call center/patient scheduling experience. Time management organization & focus on ability to prioritize & multi-task with focus to detail. Ability to articulate thoughts into clear & concise written and verbal communication. Computer literate - typing, use of Word, Excel and Outlook.
