We are currently seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (Scheduling) to join our remote team.

Position Details:

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 11am to 7:30pm CST
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Candidates must reside in Illinois and be available for occasional travel for training and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer service inquiries and patient scheduling requests. Schedule appointments for PET/CT scans and manage the distribution of encrypted patient documentation. Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations. Daily management of patient dose orders according to established schedules. Provide backup support for service requests and dispatching as needed. Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Utilize a web-based system (OMS/ServiceMax), along with Word and Excel, for daily operations. Document all communications in service requests and escalate issues when necessary. Engage with vendors and customers through various communication channels. Ensure all service calls are accurately logged in the OMS system. Flexibility to work overtime as required (including adjusting schedules for coverage). Follow up on customer needs to ensure resolution. Additional tasks as assigned by management. Occasional travel to the corporate office for training purposes may be required.

Essential Skills and Competencies:
Professional communication and follow-up with customers and colleagues via phone, email, and support software.
Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in all interactions.
Consistently execute all aspects of the Customer Experience Initiative.
Patience and willingness to train others.
Experience in customer service, call center operations, or patient scheduling.
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in computer applications, including typing, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
