We are currently seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (Scheduling) to join our remote team.

Position Requirements:

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 11am to 7:30pm CST
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Must reside in Illinois and be available for occasional travel for training and meetings

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer service inquiries and patient scheduling calls. Schedule patients for PET/CT scans and manage encrypted patient documentation and schedules. Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations. Order patient doses daily according to established schedules. Provide backup service by creating service requests and dispatching as needed. Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Utilize a web-based system called OMS/ServiceMax, along with Word and Excel, for daily operations. Document all communications in service requests and escalate issues when necessary. Communicate with vendors and customers through phone, email, and text. Attach Field Service Reports to service requests in OMS. Audit vendor reports to ensure all calls are logged accurately in OMS. Flexibility to work overtime when required (including early starts or late finishes, and schedule adjustments for coverage). Ensure follow-through on all customer needs. Additional duties as assigned by management.

Experience in customer service, call center operations, or patient scheduling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in computer applications, including typing, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
