POSITION SUMMARY:


The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will provide assistance to ASEA distributors and customers through both inbound and outbound communications. This role is essential in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and serving as a reliable information source in both English and Spanish.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries, clarifying issues, researching solutions, and providing relevant information.
  • Offer comprehensive product and service details to customers.
  • Process requests, execute transactions, and accurately input new customer data into the system.
  • Conduct follow-ups on customer interactions and escalate unresolved matters as needed.
  • Enhance job knowledge through participation in training and educational programs.
  • Collaborate effectively as a member of the customer support team.
  • Adhere to all documentation protocols for calls.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Work schedule: Monday - Thursday 9 AM-5 PM, Friday 2 PM-10 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in business-level English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience in the Direct Sales or Network Marketing sector is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
  • Personable, adaptable, reliable, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and CRM systems.
