POSITION SUMMARY:


The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will engage with ASEA distributors and customers through both inbound and outbound communication. This role is essential in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and serving as a reliable source of information in both English and Spanish.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage phone and email inquiries, ensuring concerns are addressed by identifying core issues, researching solutions, and providing accurate information.
  • Deliver comprehensive product and service details to customers.
  • Process requests, execute transactions, and accurately input new customer data into the system.
  • Conduct follow-ups on customer interactions and escalate unresolved matters as needed.
  • Enhance job knowledge through participation in training and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively as a vital member of the customer support team.
  • Adhere to all documentation protocols for calls.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be available to work in-office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in business-level English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience in Direct Sales or Network Marketing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Personable, adaptable, reliable, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and CRM systems.
