POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will engage with ASEA distributors and customers through both inbound and outbound communication. This role is essential in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and serving as a reliable source of information in both English and Spanish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage phone and email inquiries, ensuring concerns are addressed by identifying core issues, researching solutions, and providing accurate information.
- Deliver comprehensive product and service details to customers.
- Process requests, execute transactions, and accurately input new customer data into the system.
- Conduct follow-ups on customer interactions and escalate unresolved matters as needed.
- Enhance job knowledge through participation in training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively as a vital member of the customer support team.
- Adhere to all documentation protocols for calls.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be available to work in-office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in business-level English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Experience in Direct Sales or Network Marketing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capable of working independently and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Personable, adaptable, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and CRM systems.
