Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
ASEA is seeking a dedicated and skilled Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to enhance our customer service experience. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will provide assistance to ASEA distributors and customers through both inbound and outbound communication. This role involves resolving issues, addressing inquiries, and serving as a reliable information source for associates in both English and Spanish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to phone and email inquiries, resolving issues by identifying root causes, researching solutions, and providing relevant information.
- Deliver comprehensive product and service information to customers.
- Process requests, execute transactions, and accurately input new customer data into the system.
- Conduct follow-ups on customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
- Enhance job knowledge through participation in training and educational programs.
- Collaborate effectively as a vital member of the customer support team.
- Adhere to all documentation protocols for calls.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Work schedule: Monday - Thursday 9 AM-5 PM, Friday 2 PM-10 PM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in an office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in business-level English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Experience in the Direct Sales or Network Marketing sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capable of working independently and demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
- Personable, adaptable, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and CRM systems.
