POSITION SUMMARY:


The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will provide assistance to ASEA distributors and customers through both inbound and outbound communication. This role involves resolving issues, addressing inquiries, and serving as a reliable information source for associates in both English and Spanish.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries, resolving issues by identifying root causes, researching solutions, and providing relevant information.
  • Deliver comprehensive product and service information to customers.
  • Process requests, execute transactions, and accurately input new customer data into the system.
  • Conduct follow-ups on customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
  • Enhance job knowledge through participation in training and educational programs.
  • Collaborate effectively as a vital member of the customer support team.
  • Adhere to all documentation protocols for calls.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Work schedule: Monday - Thursday 9 AM-5 PM, Friday 2 PM-10 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in business-level English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles.
  • Experience in the Direct Sales or Network Marketing sector is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
  • Personable, adaptable, reliable, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and CRM systems.
