Are you an entrepreneurial sales leader looking for the opportunity to bring iconic brands to market? We have an exciting opportunity to for a Sales Manager specializing in new account management in our sales organization. In this role, you are responsible for identifying and onboarding new accounts to increase distribution of Hasbro's Boys Action, Games, Preschool and Fashion Brand portfolios. As the New Business Development Manager you will develop and implement business plans based in data and consumer insights, that achieve internal and external metrics. You will partner closely with members of various cross-functional teams to implement your strategy and expand Hasbro's presence in the market.

A Day In The Life:

Identifying Opportunities: The Sales Manger will conduct market research to identify new account opportunities for Hasbro. Research will be conducted using various sources of information including Kantar and Circana industry data. Opportunities will then be sized and presented to members of the organization.

Relationship Management: Establish connection with prospective key accounts and cultivate/develop strong customer relationships. Regularly share insights and apply data to drive sell-in and sell-through. Develop a full understanding of account needs and work to achieve mutually beneficial results.

Brand Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Hasbro brands, consumer targets, and product line. Develop assets to educate accounts on Hasbro brands and create account/channel specific strategies for sell-in including curating a product assortment, creating marketing programs, etc.

Cross-Functional Partnerships: Lead negotiations for policy and necessary account agreements throughout the onboarding process. Partner regularly with marketing, account support, logistics, finance, planning, and legal ensuring milestones are completed efficiently and effectively to start actualizing revenue. Articulate customer needs and influence internally.

Forecasting & Analytics: Accountable for delivering or exceeding sales targets. Responsible for using data to accurately project sales and regularly communicate any changes to the plan as they occur.

What You'll Bring:

  • BA/BS Required
  • 5+ years of transferrable experience
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • Solutions oriented demonstrating the ability to problem solve creatively and effectively
  • Results driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to lead a cross functional team
  • Sophisticated Excel/Powerpoint/PC skills

Minimum 30% travel required.
