Payment Analyst

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is recruiting for an experienced, Payment Analyst, for a short-term (2-month) contract assignment with TVA affiliated with the downtown Knoxville office. This role will be primarily remote with occasional office visits.

  • Target start date: 08/19/24
  • W2 Pay Rate: up to $38.50/hour (time & half for overtime)
  • Duration: 2 months (possible extension)
  • Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

  • This is in support of Credit Card and Travel expense transactions.
  • Provide support with accounting reconciliations, preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, and financial reports.
  • Support with monthly and quarter close activities.
  • TVA utilizes SAP Concur to manage and tie out transactions with an integration feed to Oracle EBS for posting to GL.
  • This includes out-of-pocket payments sent to Treasury and accounts receivables sent to Payroll.
  • This can also include supporting expense compliance activities and other job requirements as assigned.
