Commissions Analyst
Summary/Objective
The Commissions Analysts primary duty is to reconcile commission payments from Verizon Wireless with the sales that have been entered into the companys point-of-sale software (RQ). Additional responsibilities include recovering any outstanding payments through discrepancy submissions and responding to employee inquiries.
Essential Functions

- Assist in compiling monthly, company-wide Verizon commissions reports and matching them to market and to RQ.
- Address and follow up on exceptions between Verizon and RQ.
- Submit information to the markets by their monthly deadline to ensure timely commissions payment to sales representatives.
- Communicate with markets and/or reps to determine commissions.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but could include daytime non Monday through Friday, nights and weekends, rotating or changing shift, or Call Center schedule/hours. This is an in-office setting.
Required Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Prefer college degree and proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Excel.
