Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue accounts, and contact customers to collect payments.
  • Credit and Collections: Analyze customer creditworthiness, assess credit risk, and provide recommendations for payment terms and contract modifications.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including statements, aging reports, and other miscellaneous reporting requests.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in credit, collections, and accounts receivable.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience with process improvement and digitization/automation, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with corporate ERP systems, such as Oracle.
