We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Headhunting Recruiter to identify, engage, and recruit top talent for our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for the plumbing, heating, and cooling sectors, and will be adept at using various sourcing strategies to find the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Conduct cold calling to potential candidates to introduce opportunities and assess their interest and fit for open positions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on headhunting and sourcing top talent.
  • Experience recruiting in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
