Position Overview
The Director of Event Strategy & Business Operations plays a pivotal role in formulating processes, strategies, and tools aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, boosting productivity, and delivering outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
This leader will spearhead organizational planning initiatives, oversee strategic presentations, and track departmental results while assisting team members in defining new project scopes.

They will prioritize managing a team dedicated to removing obstacles and ensuring seamless processes for event managers.

Team Management
Oversees a team of event specialists through subordinate managers, aligning their efforts with the overall objectives and strategies for effective global marketing event execution.

Contributes to both strategic and tactical planning within the division. Responsible for mentoring, performance evaluations, and the professional growth of team members. Engages in the recruitment process and makes hiring decisions. Manages the budget effectively.

Project Execution
Participates in the development of objectives and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of marketing events. Manages and implements projects and marketing initiatives designed to maximize company visibility. Collaborates with internal and external resources to procure necessary materials and services, while maintaining relationships with external vendors.

Involves in the implementation of organizational changes in response to evolving business and market conditions.

Strategic Planning
Assists in formulating short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic goals. Regularly interacts with senior management and executives across functional areas to ensure that unit objectives are met.

Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have software business management experience and marketing expertise within the high-tech sector. Proven leadership capabilities and effective communication skills are essential. Previous experience in people management is required. Professional credentials in marketing are desirable, along with academic qualifications. Experience in event planning and execution is also beneficial.
