Entry Level or Associate Supply Chain Planning Analyst
to join our dynamic team in
El Segundo, CA.
Position Responsibilities - Entry Level 1:
Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives, and projects/procurement activities.
Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems.
Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis.
Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis.
Position Responsibilities - Associate Level 2:
Measures key performance indicators.
Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.
Prepares reports.
Reviews procurement/planning systems.
Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities.
Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation.
Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.
Communicates project objectives and activities.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience working with analytics, data, and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
Experience with Supply Chain Planning
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units
Entry Level 1:
Related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Associate Level 2:
More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.
