Role Summary: SABG is seeking a Logistics Analyst (Basic) to provide support for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This role is essential in ensuring effective logistics planning and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Logistics Analyst will:
- Adhere to established protocols and address routine challenges related to product support management.
- Assist team members in supply support, including cataloging, issuing, storing, transferring, and managing spare parts and equipment.
- Conduct analysis and implement logistics planning efforts concerning Packaging, Handling, Storage, & Transportation (PHS&T) and Maintenance Management.
- Evaluate statutory and regulatory guidance to ensure compliance.
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should possess expertise in Strategic Planning, Programmatic, and Communication techniques to fulfill stakeholder needs. A mid-level understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites is necessary.
Education:
- BA/BS in logistics acquisition, operation, sustainment, or a related field with no experience; or AA/AS in logistics acquisition, operation, sustainment, or a related field with three years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in operating standard office equipment and software applications, including MS Office.
