Supply Chain Planning Excellence Leader

Are you driven by the pursuit of operational excellence and eager to lead impactful changes within a vibrant manufacturing environment? We are looking for a committed professional to assume the crucial position of Plant Supply Chain Planning Transformation Leader. In this capacity, you will spearhead the implementation of Engineer-to-Order (ETO) standardized processes, emphasizing supply planning and ongoing enhancement. Your contributions will be vital in steering the plant towards success and fulfilling operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the adoption of ETO standardized processes across the plant for a holistic planning approach
    • Guide and mentor plant planning personnel on the significance of standardized processes
    • Assist during implementation phases and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
    • Promote the SPS ethos, encouraging inquisitiveness, a proactive mindset, and the sharing of best practices
  • Establish and define acceptable standards with clear limits of variation
    • Transform the SPS into a planning animation system within the plant
    • Set annual objectives in collaboration with the Plant GM and oversee the plant improvement strategy
  • Execute operational methodologies and initiatives for dependable setup monitoring
    • Track service levels, lead times, and forecast precision
  • Monitor the planning transformation action plan to ensure alignment with plant goals
    • Concentrate on essential improvements and maintain momentum for anticipated outcomes
    • Assist the planning manager in implementing necessary adjustments and notify the Plant Transformation Leader of any discrepancies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within Operations or Supply Chain Planning
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on team development (functional leadership)
  • Proficient in project management

Qualifications for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management
  • Ability to maintain an End-to-End perspective and define as well as implement standardized processes across all plant functions.
  • Strong capacity to influence and persuade stakeholders; resilient and inquisitive.
  • Proven track record of driving change and achieving results through effective network management.
