The Space and Intelligence Division offers professional services to the US Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA.
Our responsibilities encompass enterprise architectural evaluations, systems engineering and integration, testing, planning and execution, cost estimation and analysis, acquisition support, and cybersecurity.
We are reliable partners crafting strategies and concepts to address emerging high-priority needs, evaluating advanced technologies, and supporting capabilities for our National Defense.

We concentrate on our primary clients within the Space community, including the US Space Force's Space Systems Command (USSF/SSC), one of the three designated Field Commands under USSF.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the Director of Contracting in the Military Communication and Position, Navigation, and Timing PEO organization (SSC/CGK).
CGK collaborates with Integrated Product Teams to develop and deliver Middle Tier Acquisition and Acquisition Category (ACAT) 1 and 3 programs.
Specific Duties Include:
Engage in critical thinking and apply your experience to devise solutions for our clients' most pressing challenges.
Generate reports, briefings, and other communication materials that encapsulate contract issues affecting programs within the Military Communication and Position, Navigation, and Timing PEO portfolio.
Oversee information requests, inquiries, and tasks until completion. This includes facilitating coordination with internal and external stakeholders and preparing products for the Division's leadership and/or Program Executive Officer review and approval.Conduct research and analysis that summarizes DFAR guidance along with other pertinent policies and guidelines to offer recommendations and/or potential courses of action.
Assist in customer meetings, which entails producing preparatory materials, drafting meeting minutes, and tracking assigned action items, as well as providing logistical support, including submitting and tracking visit requests, and disseminating meeting information.
Review documentation and provide counsel to government clients regarding acquisition strategies, Requests for Proposals, source selections, and contract awards/modifications.
Qualifications
Required:
- US Citizenship and possession of an active DoD Secret clearance
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of acquisition and contracting experience supporting Air Force and/or DoD Programs
- APDP level II certification or PMP certification or the ability to obtain PMP certification
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and software
- Limited travel may be required
Preferred:
- Completion of a Master's degree in a relevant field
- Possession of an unlimited contracting warrant
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Department of Defense, Air Force, and/or Space Force processes and procedures
