- Conduct data analysis to enhance forecasting and master scheduling activities.
- Engage in the daily management of the master schedule while ensuring customer service follow-up.
- Identify root causes for any deviations from targets and propose corrective actions.
- Participate actively in Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Planning (SIOP) meetings.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in production, inventory, or demand planning.
- Familiarity with Engineered-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SQL.
- Strong command of spoken English.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tableau and Power Automate is advantageous.
- Competence in report writing and data extraction.

- You will report to the SIOP Leader.
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.

- Experience with programming languages (R, Python, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to build respectful relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
