Department Summary
Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and GenMobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we'll emerge as the nation's fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and monitor results.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies, including demand forecasting.
- Evaluate supplier performance, coordinate logistics activities, and analyze transportation costs for efficiency.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Supply Chain Analyst II, you will have:
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree+ or a minimum of two years of supply chain or business analytics related experience
- Professional certifications such as APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in supply chain software and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage work assignments, and exercise judgment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; flexible to changing business needs.
- Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively; Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
