Organize and execute all aspects of Global Sales Conferences Create and maintain overall budget for events, tracking costs and staying within allocated budget Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and venues Manage an executive calendar, coordinate travel, manage and process expense reports Provide meeting support, including conference room reservations, meeting logistics, catering, and videoconferencing setup

What Is Required (Qualifications)

College degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of administrative experience 5+ years of experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment Resourcefulness with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization
